1. Do you have a physical storefront?

Consti Bakery operates as a dark kitchen. All orders are freshly prepared to order and available for pickup or local delivery within the GTA.


2. How do I place an order?

Place orders on our website via the Order page, selecting your desserts, pickup or delivery, and preferred date.


3. Can I modify or cancel my order?

All orders are final. No changes or cancellations are permitted. Please review your order carefully before confirming.


4. What is your pickup and delivery policy?

  • Orders must be scheduled in advance.

  • Pickup and delivery will be prepared only for the date selected at checkout.

  • For delivery, ensure someone is available to receive the order and that the address is correct.

  • Consti Bakery is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.


5. How are delivery fees calculated?

Delivery fees depend on your postal code/zone. The fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.


6. How do I pay for my order?

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit cards via Shopify Payments

  • Interac e-Transfer (manual payment; instructions provided at checkout)


7. When will I be charged?

  • Credit/debit card and PayPal payments are charged immediately at checkout.

  • Interac e-Transfer orders are confirmed once payment is received.


8. Can I request same-day pickup or delivery?

We require at least 2 days’ notice for all orders to ensure freshness and proper preparation.

9. Cake Serving Guide

Servings will vary depending on how the cake is sliced. As a general reference:

  • 7″ cake → serves 8–10

  • 8″ cake → serves 10–12

  • 9″ cake → serves 12–15
